Yesterday, Abby spiked a fever of almost 103. She has no other symptoms besides the fever. This afternoon the fever fell quite a bit and her spirits have improved.
We are hoping it's just her teeth (molars coming in) but her doctor says if the fever is over 101 it's not teeth. At least she's smiling, and even for the camera.
she looks much more cheerful than I would be with that kind of fever! In some ways it's more simple when they are so small, but it really helps when they can tell you what hurts (if anything). I really believe that it's not the teeth that cause the fever, but that getting the teeth can lower the resistance to other stuff that's "out there". Give her a hug from gramma!
